“This experience was extremely positive from start to finish. Jenni was positive and pleasant, asking questions to inform technicians and Nick of our situation. It felt like they truly cared about helping us in a timely manner. We met with Nick to have all of the options explained for installation of a new boiler. He was thorough and you could tell he has high expectations for his team which helped us to know this was the company we wanted to do the job. They were able to start the job within a few days of us meeting with Nick. Terry and Alex arrived first thing in the morning with great attitudes and tarps to cover carpet areas where they would walk through. Alex stated this was his first boiler job and he appeared very interested in being mentored by Terry. They kept us in the loop throughout the installation, and both were professional and efficient through the two day process. They encouraged us to ask questions and explained the completion check list, with Terry even encouraging us to video him explaining the system. They left our mechanical room even tidier than they found it. My wife and I would highly recommend ESI for any of your heating and cooling needs.”
